What information should I send?
The location, property type, bedroom count and current condition. Include anything you would like us to know about permissions, restrictions or your priorities.
How are rent and responsibilities agreed?
Rent, payment arrangements, maintenance responsibilities and the length of any agreement are discussed for each property and put in writing.
Will my property be used for short stays?
The proposed use is discussed with you before an agreement. The relevant permissions and property restrictions must be checked as part of assessing suitability.
Do I keep ownership of the property?
Yes. A property partnership does not transfer ownership. The agreed contract sets out the arrangements for operation and management.
